Yes, you can now order and pick up the documents in your own time and schedule at 16 NBS locations in Metro Manila and looking at expanding this nationwide. It gives you the flexibility, convenience and security that we are all looking for.
How to Order Using the NBS Pick Up Delivery Option
Order your PSA certificate online at www.PSAHelpline.ph.
Choose “Pick Up” as your delivery option during checkout and select your preferred branch from the expanded list.
Receive notification via email and SMS once your PSA certificate is ready for pick up at the chosen National Book Store branch.
Head to the branch with a valid government-issued ID and your order reference number to claim your documents.
